摘　　要：通过对许昌市2007—2013年的统计数据进行分析,运用AHP决策分析法及属性分析模型对许昌市生态文明进行评价.结果表明:许昌市2007—2013年评价等级从"中等"进步为"较好",其中,生态环境在生态文明建设中贡献最大,其次是社会文化,最后是经济发展.发展潜力比较大的指标为教育支出所占比重、第三产业占GDP比重、排水管道密度等指标.本文建议许昌市在今后的生态文明建设中要注重三个方面:(1)继续加强许昌市城市生态环境建设,强化城市环境优势;(2)整治许昌市经济发展状况不佳的现象;(3)提升许昌市社会文化等级,强化社会文化影响力.In this paper, AHP decision analysis method and attribute analysis model are applied to evaluate the ecological civilization in Xuchang based on the analysis of relevant statistics from 2007 to 2013. The result shows that the evaluation degree has elevated from ＂medium＂ to ＂better＂ from 2007 to 2013 in Xuchang, of which the ecological environment contributes mostly to the construction of ecological civilization, then followed by the social culture, and finallythe economic development. The relatively large development potentials are the indicators of education expenditure, the tertiary industry in GDP and drainage pipeline density. The author suggests that the following three aspects should be attached much more importance for Xuchang＇ s sustainable development. Firstly, the construction of urban ecological environment in Xuchang should be strengthened continually to reinforce the advantages of urban environment. Secondly, the phenomena of poor economic development should be regulated. Thirdly, it can promote the degree of social culture to improve its social influence.
