摘 要:房地产业是整个国民经济的重要组成部分,也是我国公民住房保障政策的发展领域。房地产市场的平稳健康发展对我国社会经济具有重大意义。房地产市场需要宏观调控,从经济法学的视角研究宏观调控问题不仅符合法治社会的时代精神,也更符合社会整体利益。通过对经济法视野下房地产市场宏观调控的正当性及房地产市场宏观调控的指导目标和原则进行分析,进而解析我国房地产市场的三大政策,探索从金融、税收、土地等方面完善我国房地产市场宏观调控政策。Real estate is an important part of the whole national economy , the real estate industry is the development of China's housing security pol- icy.
