摘 要:目的评价北方某地农村饮水水质所带来的人群健康风险。方法利用2015年某地区农村饮水水质监测数据,通过健康风险评价模型,计算基因毒物质和躯体毒物的个人年风险。结果基因毒物质评价结果显示,饮水中砷和铬的风险比较大。躯体毒评价结果显示,该区各乡镇饮用水躯体毒物质的风险度均较低。毒物总风险评价结果显示,砷的毒性风险度在总风险中成了关键。结论该地区部分乡镇农村饮水砷的健康风险较大。Objective To evaluate the population health risk from unsafe rural drinking water quality in a district of north of China. Methods Rural drinking water monitoring data in the study area in 2015 were analyzed using health risk assessment model,and the personal annual risk was calculated. Results Genetic toxicant assessment showed the risk of arsenic and chromium in drinking water was relatively high in the study area. Somatic toxicity assessment showed there was relatively low risk in drinking water in various town of the study area. The total risk assessment of toxicant showed the risk of arsenic in rural drinking water was relatively high. Conclusion The rural drinking water quality risk of arsenic is relative high in some of towns in the study area.
