吉林市龙潭区45～59周岁成年人高血压患病率及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解吉林市龙潭区45~59周岁成年人的高血压患病情况,探讨高血压的影响因素,为龙潭区高血压的防治工作提供理论依据。方法根据2010-2013年吉林省营养与健康状况调查项目的结果,抽取吉林市龙潭区年龄在45~59周岁354名成年人调查数据,应用SPSS 18.0软件建立数据库和统计分析,采用基本数据分析、χ2检验和Logistic回归分析方法。结果 354名成年人,平均年龄为（51.6±3.8）岁,均为汉族。平均收缩压（123.8±20.9）mm Hg,平均舒张压（77.1±11.7）mm Hg;平均身高（160.0±7.8）cm;平均体重（62.2±10.3）kg;平均腰围（81.8±11.5）cm,调查人群向心性肥胖率达49.4%。单因素分析结果显示,向心性肥胖、饮高度白酒、可能与高血压患病有关。多因素分析结果显示向心性肥胖（OR=0.322,95%CI=0.161~0.646）、饮高度白酒（OR=2.088,95%CI=1.014~4.296）与高血压成正相关。结论吉林市龙潭区45~59周岁成年人高血压患病率经标化后为26.0%,多因素分析显示正常体型是高血压的保护因素,而向心性肥胖、饮高度白酒是高血压的危险因素。建议其控制体重限制饮酒,改变不良生活方式,加强体育锻炼,确保高血压的有效防治。Objective To understand Longtan District,Jilin city 45- 59 years old adult prevalence of hypertension and to explore the influencing factors of hypertension and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hypertension in Longtan District. Methods According to the results from 2010 to 2013 in the nutrition and health status of Jilin province survey project,the extraction of Jilin city Longtan District survey data were taken in 45- 59 years 354 adult age. A database through the SPSS 18 software was built,statistical methods of basic data analysis,chi square test and Logistic regression analysis were used in this paper. Results The average age was（ 51. 6 ± 3. 8） years old. Mean systolic blood pressure was（ 123. 8 ± 20. 9） mm Hg,mean diastolic blood pressure was（ 77. 1 ± 11. 7） mm Hg,average height was（ 160. 0 ±7. 8） m,average weight was（ 62. 2 ± 10. 3） kg,the average waist circumference was（ 81. 8 ± 11. 5） cm,and the rate of central obesity was 49. 4%. Single factor analysis showed that central obesity,drinking high spirits,may be related to the prevalence of hypertension. Multi factor analysis showed that central obesity（ OR = 0. 322,95% CI = 0. 161- 0. 646） and drinking high spirits（ OR = 2. 088,95% CI = 1. 014- 4. 296） were positively related to hypertension. Conclusion Longtan District,Jilin city 45- 59 years old adult hypertension prevalence rate after standardization is 26. 0%. Multivariate analysis shows normal body weight is protective factors of hypertension,and to central obesity,drink high spirits are the risk factors of hypertension. The weight control,limit alcohol,change of lifestyle,exercise more should be suggested to ensure the effective prevention and control of hypertension.
