浅谈提高聚氯乙烯聚合釜检修效率的方法

摘　　要：LF110型聚氯乙烯聚合釜是锦西化工机械有限责任公司按天津大沽化工厂所提供的技术参数,自行开发研制的大型釜,用于悬浮法生产各种型号的聚氯乙烯树脂,是聚氯乙烯生产线上的关键设备,其性能的好坏和能否正常、有效的运行,直接影响到PVC生产的产量和生产成本。当聚合釜体、搅拌系统、传热系统以及传动与密封系统出现异常状态时,必须在最短的时间内尽快解决。但是,在实际检修工作中,往往因为各种主、客观因素的制约,影响到检修进度,从而导致聚合釜系列检修项目用时长,劳动强度大。文章主要针对聚合釜系列检修项目耗时长的制约因素展开分析,并制定出科学、有效的解决措施。LF110 model PVC polymerizer is that Jinxi Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd.is according to the technical parameters of Tianjin Dagu chemical industry provided,which is a large kettle,self-developed and used in the production of various types of suspension method according to vinyl chloride resin.It is the key equipment for PVC production volume,which performance,normal and effective operation direct effects of PVC production and production cost.When the polymerization kettle,mixing,heat transfer system and transmission and sealing system is abnormal,it must be solved as soon as possible in the shortest period of time.However,in the actual maintence work,some of the main,objective factors often affect the maintenance schedule,which results in the polymerization ketle series of overhaul project time-consuming and labor strength great.This paper mainly aims at the polymerization kettle series of overhaul project time constraints long to analyze and makes scientific and effective measures.
