摘  要:目前,离心机负载液力偶合器初期投资比变频调速低,但变频调速节能效果及其它方面均明显优于液力偶合器,例如,315 k W·h电动机,应用变频调速比应用液力偶合器每年多节电138万k W·h,如果变频调速需多投资60万元,则1 a多即可收回。以后的运行情况是变频调速比液力偶合器每年节省数十万元的开支,因此总体投资回报效果更佳。By present,the centrifuge load hydraulic coupler early investment is lower than speed converter,but energy saving effect of frequency control and other aspects were significantly better than hydraulic coupler.For example,the application of variable frequency speed control used annually save electricity 138 million degrees than hydraulic coupler to 315 kw motor.If the variable frequency speed regulation need more investment of six hundred thousand yuan,it can be recovered for one year more.Operation of variable frequency speed regulation annually saved hundreds of thousands of dollars than hydraulic coupler,so the overall return to investment effect is better.
