多普勒超声引导下腔静脉滤器植入及置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨多普勒超声引导下放置腔静脉滤器及置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用价值。材料与方法：回顾我院2014年3月~2015年3月多普勒超声引导下置放腔静脉滤器及溶栓导管治疗下肢深静脉血栓21例,分析临床症状恢复情况、静脉通畅评分及溶栓前后通畅率。结果：21例手术均获得了成功,疗效显著。术后随访6个月,均无滤器移位或肺梗死发生。结论：彩色多普勒超声引导下腔静脉滤器植入及置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓作为一种新技术,具有近期疗效好、无放射性损害、价格低廉等优点,适合在临床治疗中推广。Purpose： Doppler ultrasound-guided placement of vena cava filters and catheter thrombolysis of deep venous thrombosis in clinical application. Materials and Methods： Looking back at my hospital in March 2014 to March 2015 Doppler ultrasound-guided vena cava filter placement,and thrombolytic treatment of deep venous catheter thrombosis in 21 cases,analysis of the clinical symptoms of recovery,before and after intravenous thrombolytic patency rate and patency rate. Results： 21 cases have been successful surgery,a significant effect. Patients were followed up for 6 months,no filter displacement or pulmonary infarction. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound-guided vena cava filter implantation and catheter thrombolysis of deep venous thrombosis as a new technology,with good short-term effect,non-radioactive damage,low price,etc.,suitable for clinical treatment promotion.
