摘  要:目的:研究栝楼雄株茎叶中的酚酸类成分,充分利用生产中的废弃资源。方法:乙醇提取,提取物以适量水混悬,依次采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,利用聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、C_(18)中压柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,根据各化合物的理化性质及谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离得到8个酚酸类化合物,分别鉴定为反式桂皮酸(1)、香草酸(2)、反式阿魏酸(3)、3-羟基乙酰基吲哚(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)、对羟基桂皮酸(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、对羟基苯甲醛(8)。结论:除化合物5以外,其他化合物均为首次从该部位分离得到,化合物1、3、4、6、7均为首次从该植物中分离得到,为生产中废弃资源的综合利用提供了参考。Objective: To study the phenolic acid in stems and leaves of male plants in Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. and make full use of waste resources in production. Methods: The plant material was extracted with ethanol. The ethanol extract was suspended in a moderate amount of water, extracted successively with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n- butanol, and compounds were separated and purified by polyamide resin, Sephadex LH-20, C18 middle-pressure chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The chemical structures of the compounds were determined on the basis of the chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eight phenolic acids were isolated from stems and leaves of male T. Kirilowii, which were identified as trans-cinnamic acid ( 1 ), vanillic acid (2), trans-ferulic acid (3), 3-(hydroxyacetyl) indole ( 4 ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 5 ), p-Hydroxycinnamic acid ( 6 ), protocatechuic acid ( 7 ), and p- hydroxybenzaldehyde(8). Conclusion: All compounds except compound 5 were isolated from this part for the first time, and compounds 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. It provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization of waste resources in production.
