摘 要:目的:建立盾叶薯蓣药材的质量标准,为该药材及其制剂的质量控制提供有效方法。方法:采用显微和薄层色谱法鉴别,并对10批药材的水分、浸出物进行检查,采用HPLC对药材中薯蓣皂苷元含量进行了测定。结果:确定了盾叶薯蓣药材的显微特征,建立了TLC鉴别方法,拟定了其水分、浸出物限量。薯蓣皂苷元的进样量在2.36~21.24μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.33%,RSD=1.28%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、重现性好、准确可靠,可较全面地控制盾叶薯蓣药材及其制剂的质量。Objective: To establish the quality standard of Dioscoreae zingiberensis Rhizoma for providing the effective quality control method of the herb and its preparations. Methods : 10 batch the plants were identified by microscopic and TLC methods, the contents of extract and water were determined. The content of diosgenin in Huangjiang was determined by HPLC. Results: The microscopic characteristics of Dioscoreae zingiberensis Rhizoma had been detected. TLC identification method had been established. The content of moisture and extract had been measured. Diosgenin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2. 36-21.24 μg(r =0. 999 9), The average recovery was 97. 33%, and the RSD was 1.28% (n = 6 ). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility, particularly suitable for the comprehensive quality control of Dioscoreae zingiberensis Rhizoma and its preparations.
