秀丽隐杆线虫在中药研究领域中的应用

摘　　要：秀丽隐杆线虫具有寿命短、易培养、经济、适于高通量筛选且与活性关联的分子机制清晰等特点,被广泛应用于环境毒性监测、合成化合物活性筛选以及初步毒性评价等领域,是一种新近发展的颇具实用性的整体动物模型。令人惊喜的是,随着其应用范围的扩大,该模式生物已逐渐应用于中药的活性成分研究与毒性评价,并展现出广阔的应用前景;而线虫与中药研究的充分结合,必将成为中药现代化进程的强劲推动力。本研究就秀丽隐杆线虫在中药研究中的应用作一综述。The nematode Caenorhabditis elegans, a classical model organism with the characteristics of short lifespan, easy to culture, cheap, being suitable for high-throughput screening as well as with abundant mutants for molecular mechanism study, has been broaden its usage widely for environmental pollution monitoring, bioactive compounds screening and preliminary toxicity assessment. Encouragingly, with the extension of its application, C. elegans is making its way into bioactivity and preliminary toxicity assessment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ） , and shows broad developmental prospect. Predictably, apphcation of C. elegans will powerfully push the modernization of TCM. In this paper, the current application of C. elegans in TCM study is reviewed.
