德尔菲法在中医研究中应用情况的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:运用文献计量学的方法,分析德尔菲法在中医研究中的应用情况。方法:对我国正式发表的德尔菲法在中医研究领域相关文章进行系统检索和筛选,分别从发表年度、期刊分布、作者机构、核心作者、高频关键词等方面进行分析。结果:(1)德尔菲法应用在中医领域的相关文献总体呈上升趋势,并从2006年开始发文量增长迅速,在2011年发文量达到最高173篇。(2)根据普赖斯定律要求,基本形成刊载文献的"核心期刊",发表学位论文的"核心大学"也基本形成,但尚未形成"核心作者"。(3)高频关键词分析显示"中医证候"出现频次最高,提示德尔菲法在中医证候学研究中应用最多。高频关键词的共词聚类分析显示,大致分成5类:证候学研究、诊断标准、临床疗效、数据处理方法及考察指标等。结论:德尔菲法在中医研究中的应用领域越来越广泛,为中医证候学研究提供了参考依据,可能是今后中医研究的重要方法之一。Objective： To analyze the application of Delphi method in TCM research from the Bibliometric aspects. Methods：Systematically search and select the published articles of Delphi method in TCM research and then analyze these articles from the published year,the journal distribution,the authors＇ institutions,the core authors,high frequency keywords and other aspects. Results：（ 1） The quantity of literature about the application of Delphi method in TCM research showed overall upward trend,173 especially after 2006 and in 2011,reached highest.（ 2） According to price law,the published literature core journals and core colleges have primarily formed,but have not formed a core author yet.（ 3） The TCM syndrome is the highest frequency keyword,suggesting that the Delphi method is mostly used in TCM syndrome research. The cluster analysis of high frequency keywords shows that the keywords are roughly divided into five categories： syndrome study,diagnostic criteria,clinical efficacy,data processing method and the indexes. Conclusion： The applications of Delphi method in TCM research are wider and wider,providing references for the TCM syndrome study. So it may be one of the most important assist methods to carry out TCM research in the future.
