摘　　要：高血压是多种心、脑血管疾病的危险因素及重要病因,严重威胁人类健康。中医认为高血压发病病机与肝密切相关,因此从肝入手,在"肝藏血主疏泄"的藏象理论指导下,探讨原发性高血压发病的致病因素,并针对此因素提出积极、有针对性的干预措施,对于降低高血压发病率和改善人群生命质量具有重要意义。Essential hypertension is a risk factor and an important cause for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as a serious threat to human health. For traditional Chinese medicine,hypertension pathogenesis is closely related to the liver.Therefore,from the perspective of the liver,basing on the TCM viscera-state theory of liver storing blood and advocating drain,we explored the pathogenic factors of hypertension pathogenesis and put forward the positive and pointed measures,which had a great significance for reducing the hypertension incidence and improving human life quality.
