肠易激综合征针灸诊疗特点文献分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨针灸治疗肠易激综合征的诊疗特点。方法：电子检索中国知网（CNKI,1979—2015年）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP,1989—2015年）、中国生物医学光盘数据库（CBM,1979—2015年）、Pubmed（1966—2015年）中针灸治疗肠易激综合征的文献,分析总结针灸治疗该病的辨证特点、选穴特点、针灸方法、补泻手法、留针时间、频次、疗程及疗效等。结果：纳入的58篇文献中,针灸治疗肠易激综合征的文献辨证特点以辨病加辨证选穴为主,常取天枢、足三里、太冲、三阴交、中脘、上巨虚、百会、肾俞、印堂、大肠腧等穴位;针灸方法最常用的是针刺疗法,亦常配合艾灸;治疗频次多为每日1次,每周5次,总疗程多在4~8周。结论：针灸治疗肠易激综合征的近期疗效较好,能缓解相关症状,可能有一定远期疗效。Objective： To explore the characteristic of diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： We searched the literature related to irritable bowel syndrome treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in CNKI（ 1979-2015）,VIP（ 1989-2015）,CBM（ 1979-2015） and Pubmed（ 1966-2015）,and then summarized the clinical characteristics of syndrome differentiation,acupuncture points selection,acupuncture method,reinforcing and purging acupuncture,treatment time,acupuncture treatment frequency,course of treatment and treatment effect in treating irritable bowel syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion. Results： In the collected 58 articles,the characteristics of the syndrome differentiation of irritable bowel syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion was mainly based on differentiation of disease combined with syndrome differentiation. The frequency of the main selected acupuncture points in the 58 articles in order were Tianshu（ ST25）,Zusanli（ ST36）,Taichong（ LR3）,Sanyinjiao（ SP6）,Zhongwan（ CV12）,Shangjuxu（ ST37）,Baihui（ GV20）,Shenshu（ BL23）,Yintang（ EXHN3）and Dachangshu（ BL25）. Conclusion： Acupuncture is the most commonly used treatment and also often combined with moxibustion. The treatment frequency was once a day,5 times a week. The total course of treatment was 4 to 8 weeks. Conclusion： Acupuncture for treating irritable bowel syndrome has better short-term effect and can relieve the related symptoms and may have some long-term effect.
