丹红注射液联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清Cys-C及β2-MG水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:丹红注射液联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C,Cys-C)与β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)的影响。方法:选取96例早期DN患者,随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。对照组给予缬沙坦,观察组给予丹红注射液联合缬沙坦,连续治疗2周。比较两组比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、尿蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER)、肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血清Cys-C及β2-MG。结果:治疗后,观察组患者FBG、UAER、Cr、BUN、Cys-C及β2-MG分别为(6.6±0.6)mmol/L、(68.5±21.3)mg/24 h、(62.1±8.3)μmol/L、(5.8±1.7)mmol/L、(1.0±0.3)mg/L、(1.9±0.2)mg/L;对照组分别为(6.8±0.8)mmol/L、(124.0±32.2)mg/24 h、(62.5±7.4)μmol/L、(6.1±2.2)mmol/L、(1.7±0.3)mg/L、(2.8±0.3)mg/L;观察组Cys-C、β2-MG及UAER显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者FBG、Cr及BUN比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期DN患者,可显著改善肾小球滤过率,减少尿蛋白,从而达到肾脏保护作用。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with valsartan on serum Cystatin C（ Cys-C）and β2-microglobulin（ β2-MG） in patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy（ DN）. Methods： Ninety-six patients with DN at early stage were divided into observation group（ n = 48） and control group（ n = 48）. Danhong Injection combined with valsartan were used in observation group and single valsartan was used in control group for 2 weeks. The fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,urinary albumin excretion rate（ UAER）,creatinine（ Cr）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,Cys-C and β2-MG were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the FBG,UAER,Cr,BUN,Cys-C and β2-MG of observation group respectively were（ 6. 6 ± 0. 6） mmol / L,（ 68. 5 ± 21. 3） mg /24 h,（ 62. 1 ± 8. 3） μmol / L,（ 5. 8 ± 1. 7） mmol / L,（ 1. 0 ± 0. 3） mg / L and（ 1. 9 ± 0. 2） mg / L. And those of control group respectively were（ 6. 8 ± 0. 8） mmol / L,（ 124. 0 ± 32. 2） mg /24 h,（ 62. 5 ±7. 4） μmol / L,（ 6. 1 ± 2. 2） mmol / L,（ 1. 7 ± 0. 3） mg / L and（ 2. 8 ± 0. 3） mg / L. The Cys-C,β2-MG and UAER of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference showed statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The FBG,Cr and BUN of two groups were not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhong Injection combined with valsartan treatment for DN patients at early stage can significantly improve the glomerular filtration rate and reduce urinary protein,so as to achieve the kidney protection.
