清热消痰通腑汤对胸外科患者术后合并肺部感染的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热消痰通腑汤对胸外科患者术后合并肺部感染的应用效果。方法:选取2013年6月—2015年5月期间本科收治的122例术后肺部感染患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各61例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用清热消痰通腑汤,其是由千金苇茎汤合大承气汤加减而成。比较两组发热、咳痰、肺部啰音等临床症状体征消失时间、胸片中炎性病灶消失时间、住院时间及患者满意度,比较两组治疗1周后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组临床症状体征消失时间、胸片中炎性病灶消失时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,总有效率达到95.1%,显著高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度显著优于对照组,总满意率达到88.5%,显著高于对照组的68.9%(P<0.05)。结论:对于胸外科患者术后合并肺部感染患者,在常规治疗基础上加用清热化痰通腑汤能显著促进病情康复,提高疗效及患者的满意度,应用效果令人满意,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Clearing Heat and Resolving Phlegm and Dredging Fu-organs Decoction on pulmonary infections after thoracic surgery. Methods： A total of 122 patients with pulmonary infections after thoracic surgery from June 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled for the study and randomly divided into observation group and the control group,61 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment. Based on the above,cases in the observation group were given Clearing Heat and Resolving Phlegm and Dredging Fu-organs Decoction. Disappeared time of fever and cough,pulmonary rales,inflammatory lesions in chest radiograph,hospitalization time and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between two groups.The clinical effect was compared between two groups 1 week after treatment. Results： The disappeared time of clinical symptoms,signs,inflammatory lesions and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly smaller than the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group＇s. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 1%,which was significantly higher than 82. 0% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The patients＇ satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group＇ s. The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 88. 5%,which was significantly higher than 68. 9% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with pulmonary infections after thoracic surgery,conventional treatment combined with Clearing Heat and Resolving Phlegm and Dredging Fu-organs Decoction could significantly promote disease rehabilitation and improve the curative effect and patients＇ satisfaction.The application effect is satisfactory,and so it is worthy of popularization and application.
