一种简易防砂优选方法在苏丹A油田的应用

摘  要:苏丹A油田属于陆相沉积多油层高渗砂岩油藏,储层单层薄、小层多、埋深浅,开发层位为Y层和S层,全区44口油井中有41口井出砂,且沉砂速度较快,油井捞砂作业周期短。目前出砂预测模型和防砂设计软件种类繁多,但在模拟计算过程中需要的参数种类多且难以取全取准,导致很多模型及软件的应用受到制约。在对各项防砂工艺进行适应性分析的基础上,优选出适用于A油田的三种滤砂管防砂工艺:双层预充填绕丝筛管、绕丝筛管防砂工艺和整体烧结金属纤维筛管防砂工艺,并依据Wilson和Gill方法、Saucier方法,计算了相应的筛管缝宽和预充填绕丝筛管砾石尺寸。其中,绕丝筛管防砂工艺在A油田实施23口井,平均单井日产油量提高11.8%,工艺实施8个月累计增油73968t,确保了出砂油井的正常生产,减少了作业次数,增加了油井的生产时率。应用的简易防砂优选方法需要的参数少而易得,便于现场操作,且能够满足现场防砂方法优选的需要。Oilfield A of Sudan belongs to multilayered high-permeability sandstone oil reservoirs with conti-nental deposit,thin single reservoirs,more subzones and shallow burial depth.Layer Y and S were produced.Among 44 oil wells in the whole area,41 wells have sand production with rapid sand deposition rate and short operation cycle of sand fishing.There are various sand production prediction models and sand control design software,but the parameters are hard to select totally and accurately for various types needed in the progress of simulation and calculation,which result in limited application of many models and software.Based on the adaptability analysis of every sand control technology,three types of technologies of sand control by sand screen were recommended for Oilfield A :double pre-packed wire-wrapped screen,wire-wrapped screen and integral cemented metal fiber screen.Wilson,Gill and Saucier method were applied to the calculation of corresponding slot width of screen and gravel size of pre-packed wire-wrapped screen.The sand control tech-nology of wire-wrapped screen was applied in 23 wells of Oilfield A.Average daily oil production per well increased by 11.8%.Cumulative incremental oil production was 73968 t after the impletion of the technology in8 months.Normal production of sanding oil wells was ensured with less operation times and increased produc-tion efficiency.The simple optimization method of sand control could meet the demands of field sand control method optimization with less parameters being easy to be obtained and convenient field operation.
