半边莲对Hela细胞钙信号系统的影响

摘　　要：为探讨半边莲对 Hela细胞内游离钙浓度的影响及其抗癌机理 ,利用荧光染料 Fura-2在细胞内能与游离钙结合 ,在一定波长光的激发下可发出荧光的特性 ,根据荧光的强度来检测游离钙的变化 ,结果显示半边莲对 Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用不明显 ,但可通过促进细胞内储藏钙的释放和细胞外钙离子的内流 。To study the influence of cardinal on cytoplasmatic free Ca\+\{2+\} density of Hela cells and its mechanism on anti cancer,the changes of free Ca\+\{2+\} were tested according to the intensity of fluorescent and the characteristics of fluorochrome Fura 2 which could combine with free Ca\+\{2+\} and then give off fluorescent under the condition of stimulating by some wavelength light.The results showed that cardinal had no obviously inhibitive effects on Hela cellproliferation,but could stimulate the cytoplasmatic store calcium outflow and extracellular Ca\+\{2+\} inflow,and could obviously improve the density of cytoplasmatic free Ca\+\{2+\}.\;
