摘　　要：针灸对人体正常生理功能可产生正反两方面的影响。正面影响可增强机体的调控能力 ,增进健康 ,延年益寿 ;负面影响则对机体产生不良影响 ,使患者产生不同程度的不适或损伤。临床上应在阐明机理 ,把握规律的前提下 ,强化针灸的正面影响 。Acupuncture and moxibustion may produce the positive and negative influence on normal physiological function.The positive influence can strengthen the control abilities of body,improve the health and lengthen life,while the negative influence can produce harmful effects,such as discomfort or impairment.The clinical application should emphasize the positive influence,avoid and make full use of the negative influence based on elucidating the pathogenesis and grasping the rules.\;
