ACEI和ARB联合治疗原发性高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究和分析对原发性高血压患者实施ACEI联合ARB治疗的临床效果情况。方法随机择取自2013年09月-2015年09月以来,在我院内科进行诊治的112例原发性高血压患者。根据抽签法将患者分组治疗,即：对照组患者（56例）给予单纯ACEI治疗,观察组患者（56例）给予ACEI联合ARB治疗,并就两组患者的临床疗效情况进行统计学分析和比较。结果临床统计对比显示,观察组治疗后的血压水平显著低于治疗前,且明显低于对照组,临床总有效率（91.07%）和不良反应率（5.36%）明显优于对照组（71.43%,19.64%）,各项比较的差异显著,均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对原发性高血压患者应用ACEI和ARB联合诊治的疗效显著,降压效果好,不良反应少,临床疗效高,因而是一种科学、有效、理想、安全的临床诊疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）combined with angiotensin receptor blocker（ARB） in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods A total of 112 patients with primary hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in Department of Internal Medicine in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly selected. These patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group（56 patients） were treated with ACEI alone, and those in the observation group（56patients） were treated with ACEI combined with ARB. The clinical outcomes of patients were analyzed statistically and compared between the two groups. Results Clinical statistical analysis showed that the observation group had a significant reduction in blood pressure after treatment and had a significantly lower blood pressure than the control group.The observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate（91.07% vs 71.43%, P〈0.05） and a significantly lower incidence rate of adverse events（5.36% vs 19.64%, P〈0.05） compared with the control group. Conclusion ACEI combined with ARB has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of primary hypertension, with a good antihypertensive effect, few adverse effects, and a high response rate. Therefore, it is a scientific, effective, ideal, and safe therapy.
