摘　　要：1980年颁布的《中华人民共和国国籍法》,为处理我国国籍问题提供了具体的法律依据,对依法治国起到了积极的作用。然而随着我国经济飞速发展,对外交流日益增多,《国籍法》已经不能适应我国当前国际环境下的新形势,出现了国籍冲突、司法解释不明确等问题。本文通过对当前中国形势的具体分析,提出新形势下中国国籍法不适应的地方,并探析其改革趋势,对中国未来和谐稳定发展有现实意义。Since promulgated the ＂People＇s Republic of China Nationality Law＂ in 1980, to deal with the problem of nationality provides specific legal basis for the rule of law which has played a positive role.However, as China＇s rapid economic development, increasing foreign exchange, ＂Nationality Law＂ has been unable to meet the new situation of our country under the current international environment, there has been a conflict of nationality, no clear judicial interpretation and other issues. Through detailed analysis of the current situation in China, proposed under the new situation China ＂Nationality Law＂ inappropriate places, and the reform of its trend, harmonious and stable development of China＇s future,all have practical significance.
