摘  要:二氯甲烷是一种被广泛使用的有机溶剂,美国毒物和疾病登记署(ATSDR)将二氯甲烷列为可疑人类致癌物,该文就近年来二氯甲烷的体内代谢和吸收、致癌性、神经毒性、心血管毒性、生物暴露标志物及生物监测研究进展进行综述。Dichloromethane is slightly soluble in water, and soluble in ether and ethanol, which widely was used as a solvent.Improper use of dichloromethane can induce poisoning due to its volatility at room temperature. Dichloromethane has recently been classified as a possible human carcinogen by The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry(ATSDR) and its adverse effects on human health has been more and more focused on. In the present article the recent studies on absorption and metabolism in vivo, carcinogenicity, neurotoxicity, cardiovascular toxicity, biomarkers, toxicity and bio-monitoring of dichloromethane were reviewed.
