日粮纤维水平对育肥淮猪血清生化指标及相关基因表达的影响

摘　　要：以淮猪为研究对象,选择体重50kg左右的淮猪60头,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头。4组日粮粗纤维水平分别为5.40%(对照组)、7.30%(试验1组)、8.60%(试验2组)和10.71%(试验3组),研究日粮纤维水平对育肥淮猪血清生化指标和相关基因表达的影响。结果表明:试验3组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著低于对照组;随日粮中粗纤维水平的提高,血清总胆固醇含量先略有升高后降低。与对照组相比,日粮纤维水平对背部皮下脂肪和背最长肌Leptin基因mRNA的水平无显著影响,试验组背最长肌FAS基因mRNA的水平显著降低,试验3组背部皮下脂肪UCP3基因mRNA的水平显著降低。由此可见,日粮纤维可通过调节血脂水平和影响相关基因表达来调控育肥淮猪脂肪代谢。This experiment aims to study the effect of dietary fiber level on serum biochemical indexes and related gene expression of fattening Huai pigs.Sixty Huai pigs weighing around 50 kg were randomly assigned to 4treatments（3replicates for each treatment,5pigs for each replicate）according to weight and sex.Dietary fiber levels of 4treatments were5.40%（control）,7.30%（Ⅰ）,8.60%（Ⅱ）and 10.71%（Ⅲ）,respectively.The results showed that serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）of treatmentⅢ was significantly decreased compared with control group（P0.05）.With the increase of dietary fiber level,serum total cholesterol（TC）decreased after slight rise.Moreover,dietary fiber level had no significant effect on mRNA expression of Leptin gene in back subcutaneous fat and longissimus dorsi（P〉0.05）.However,the mRNA expressions of FASgene in longissimus dorsi of experimental groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）and the expressions of UCP3 gene in back subcutaneous fat of treatmentⅢ was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.In conclusion,dietary fiber can regulate lipid metabolism of fattening Huai pigs via reducing serum blood lipid concentration and altering related gene expression.
