PPARγ基因多态性与绍兴鸭生长发育性能关联分析

摘　　要：以绍兴鸭为材料,选择与生长发育密切相关的候选基因——过氧化物酶体增殖剂激活受体γ(PPARγ)基因,通过直接测序方法扫描其核苷酸多态性位点,并分析其与生长发育性能的关联性。结果表明:在PPARγ基因的8 169bp(A>C)处检测到1个多态性位点,且处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05);最小二乘法分析表明,PPARγ基因的AC基因型个体8周龄体重显著高于CC基因型个体,CC基因型个体12周龄半潜水长、53周龄胫围显著高于AA基因型个体;其屠体重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌率各基因型间差异不显著。这一研究为该品种选育中监测绍兴鸭的生长发育和充分利用淘汰种公鸭肉用价值提供了一定的参考材料,并从分子水平上丰富了绍兴鸭的遗传信息。This study analysed the correlation between polymorphism of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors-γ（PPARγ）gene with the performance of growth and slaughter in Shaoxing ducks,and PPARγgene closely related with the growth by direct sequencing method for scanning the single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNPs）locus.The results were as follows.SNPs of PPARγgenes were screened by directly gene sequencing,namely PPARγ8169 AC,χ2 test revealed that all loci were in the balance of Hardy-Weinberg（P〉0.05）.Statistical analysis indicated that 12 weeks semidiving length and 53 weeks diving length of individuals with genotype CCof PPARγwere significantly higher than those of individuals with genotype AA（P〈0.05）,and 8weeks body weight was significantly lower than individuals with genotype AA（P〈0.05）using least square method.The carcass weight,eviscerated weight,breast muscle weight,leg muscle rate of each genotype had no significant effect on carcass traits.Research provided some reference material for monitoring the growth and development of Shaoxing ducks breeding and taking full advantage of the value in eliminated duck,and enriched Shaoxing duck genetic information from the molecular level.
