摘 要:以初重为(9.92±0.24)g的健康黑鲷幼鱼为研究对象,用棉粕分别替代0(CM0)、10%(CM10)、20%(CM20)、30%(CM30)、40%(CM40)、50%(CM50)和60%(CM60)的鱼粉蛋白来配制7组等氮等能的试验饲料,在室内流水养殖系统中进行为期8周的养殖试验,探讨不同替代比例棉粕对黑鲷幼鱼消化酶活性和肠道组织结构的影响。结果表明:棉粕替代鱼粉蛋白对胃蛋白酶、前肠胰蛋白酶和肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性均有显著影响;当棉粕替代比例高于30%(CM30)时,胃蛋白酶和肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性均显著下降;而前肠胰蛋白酶活性在CM60组显著下降。棉粕替代鱼粉对脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性的影响主要集中在胃、中肠和后肠;随饲料中棉粕替代比例的升高,中、后肠脂肪酶活性均显著下降,而胃和中肠淀粉酶活性则显著增加,其中CM0组中、后肠脂肪酶活性最高,CM60组活性最低;而对于胃和中肠淀粉酶活性,则CM60组活性最高。高棉粕替代比例对肠道组织结构有破坏作用,当棉粕替代比例超过30%时,前、中肠肌层厚度和褶皱高度均有不同程度的减小。结果提示,饲粮中棉粕替代20%鱼粉蛋白时,对黑鲷幼鱼消化酶活性和肠道组织结构均无不良影响。The effects of cottonseed meal(CM)as a partial replacement for fish meal(FM)were investigated in the juvenile black sea bream Acanthopagrus schlegelii.Seven isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated,in which FM was replaced with SCSM at proportions of 0(CM0),10%(CM10),20%(CM20),30%(CM30),40%(CM40),50%(CM50)or 60%(CM60).Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of fish [initial body weight:(9.92 ± 0.24)g]twice daily to apparent satiation for 8 weeks in indoor flow-hrough fiberglass tanks(20fish per tank).The results showed that the activity of pepsin and alanine aminotransferase in liver significantly declined when over 30% of fish meal was replaced(P〈0.05).The lowest trypsin activity of fore intestine was recorded in CM60 which was significantly lower than the activity of CM0 and CM10(P〈0.05).The effects of CM as a partial replacement for FM on the activity of lipase and amylase were mainly centered on stomach,mid intestine and hind intestine.With increasing dietary CM levels,the lipase activity of mid intestine and hind intestine significantly decreased(P〈0.05),however,the amylase activity of stomach and mid intestine significantly increased(P〈0.05).The lipase activity of bleak sea bream in CM0 was the highest,and the CM60 was the lowest,while the amylase activity in CM60 was the highest.The histological study showed that the muscle layer thickness and folded height of fore intestine and mid intestine decreased to various extents when over30% of fish meal was replaced(P〈0.05).The results indicated that CM replacing FM protein at 30%level in diets has no effect on activity of digestive enzymes and intestine histology.
