摘 要:以新型饲料添加剂脱脂南极磷虾(Euphausia superba)粉(DFKM)添加到以大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)或玉米蛋白粉(CGM)替代鱼粉的黑鲷(Acanthopagrus schlegelii)幼鱼饲料中,经过8周的养殖,研究其对黑鲷幼鱼生长性能和饲料利用的影响。①在SPC全替代鱼粉饲料试验中,以鱼粉含量为60%的饲料为正对照组(FM1),以SPC全部替代鱼粉蛋白为负对照组(SPC),以SPC组饲料为基础饲料,分别添加5%DFKM、10%DFKM、5%DFKM+0.5%牛磺酸、10%DFKM+0.5%牛磺酸,依次标记为D5T-、D10T-、D5T+和D10T+。②在CGM替代45%鱼粉蛋白饲料试验中,以鱼粉含量为63.5%的饲料为正对照组(FM2),以CGM替代FM2组45%鱼粉蛋白为负对照组(D0),以D0为基础饲料,分别添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%和10.0%DFKM,依次标记为D2.5、D5、D7.5和D10。结果表明:①与FM1组相比,其他各组黑鲷幼鱼增重率、特定生长率和腹脂率显著降低。而添加5%DFKM+0.5%牛磺酸组增重率显著高于SPC组。添加DFKM各组的饲料系数和蛋白质效率与FM1组相比虽无显著差异,但与SPC组相比,黑鲷幼鱼的饲料利用效果并未得到显著提升。②各组中黑鲷幼鱼生长性能未出现显著变化。与FM2组和D0组相比,添加2.5%-7.5%DFKM组黑鲷幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率等略有提高,饲料系数和蛋白质效率稍有优化,但效果并不显著。综合而言,DFKM在以植物蛋白为主要蛋白源饲料中添加效果并不明显,对黑鲷幼鱼摄食、生长性能及饲料利用效果并不显著。The aim of this study is to testify the effects of defat Antarctic krill(Euphausia superba)meal(DFKM)on replacement of fish meal with plant protein resources(soy protein concentrate,SPC or corn gluten meal,CGM)in aquafeed for black sea bream(Acanthopagrus schlegelii).Two sub-experiments were conducted:①100% SPC substitution feed:Diet contained 60%fish meal was formulated as positive control,labeled as FM1.In basal diet,fish meal was completely replaced with SPC,and was labeled as SPC.By adjusting the amount of SPC,5% DFKM,10% DFKM,5%DFKM+0.5% tautine,10% DFKM+0.5% taurine was added to basal diet,labeled as D5T-,D10T-,D5T+and D10T+,respectively.②45% of fish meal protein was replaced with CGM:Diet contained 63.5%fish meal was formulated as positive control,labeled as FM2.Fish meal was replaced with CGM by 45%in basal diet,which was labeled as D0.2.5%,5.0%,7.5% and 10.0% of DFKM was supplemented to basal diet,was labeled as D2.5,D5,D7.5and D10,respectively.After an 8-week trial,we found that:1 Weight gain(WG),Specific growth rate(SGR)and IPR(Intraperitoneal fat ratio)of SPC,D5T-,D10T-,D5T+ and D10T+ was significantly lowered compared with that of FM1.The WG of D5T+ was significantly increased compared with SPC.Feed conversion ratio(FCR)and Protein efficiency ratio(PER)of fish fed with diets contained DFKM showed no significant difference with eigher FM,or SPC.2WG,SGR,CF,Hepotasomatic index(HIS)and IPR among different groups were not significantly affected,even for the positive control or the negative control.Fish fed with diets contained 2.5%-7.5% DFKM showed slightly improvement on growth performance and feed utilization compared with D0 and FM.But the difference was not significant.In conclusion,the inclusion of DFKM showed little positive effects on plant protein dominated aquafeed.
