摘 要:为提高优质籼型光温敏核两系不育系03S的稻瘟病抗性,以03S为受体,以含有广谱稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-9的材料75-1-127为供体,采用杂交、多次回交和自交的方法以及利用分子标记辅助选择技术将Pi-9基因导入03S中。通过抗性基因的室内分子检测,结合稻瘟病病区抗性鉴定、人工接种鉴定、不育系育性镜检以及田间农艺性状和开花习性表现,筛选获得了4个03S改良株系03SR-1、03SR-2、03SR-3和03SR-4。抗性鉴定结果表明,改良株系对稻瘟病叶瘟和穗瘟的抗性明显增强。育性镜检花粉不育率均在99.6%以上。农艺性状和开花习性分析表明:除每株穗数和剑叶长外,改良不育系的其他农艺性状和开花习性与对照03S无显著差异。这些改良不育系可用于进一步选育抗稻瘟病的优良杂交组合。In order to improve the rice blast resistance of photoperiod/thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line 03 S,the broad-spectrum blast resistance gene Pi-9,from the donor 75-1-127,was introduced into the receptor 03 Sby using backcross breeding and molecular marker-assisted selection.Four improved lines 03SR-1,03SR-2,03SR-3and 03SR-4were obtained based on the results of molecular marker-assisted analysis,resistance identification in rice blast ward,artificial inoculation,spikelet sterility,agronomic traits and flowering habits.Resistance identification demonstrated that the improved lines performed increased resistance to rice leaf blast and neck blast.The pollen sterility rates were all detected higher than 99.6%.Agronomic characters and flowering habits showed no significant differences between 03 Sand its improved lines except panicle number per plant and the length of flag leaf.The improved lines could be used for breeding hybrid rice with high resistance to rice blast.
