摘　　要：研究辽宁省生物医药企业专利保护现状,并分析了3家上市生物医药企业专利申请量与其经济效益的相关性。运用相关回归方法分析了2家上市医药企业专利申请数与经济产出的相关性。结果显示上市医药企业专利产出与经济收入成一定的正相关性。We analyzed the intellectual property protection in pharmaceutical companies in Liaoning and its related economic benefits. With the relevant regression method, we analyzed the relationship between the patent output and the economic output in the 3 listed pharmaceutical enterprises. The patent output of the 2 listed pharmaceutical companies was positively correlated with their income, showing linear regression relationship between the economic output and patent output.
