急诊全程优化护理在抢救重症颅脑外伤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全程优化护理对重症颅脑外伤患者进行急诊抢救的临床效果。方法选取本院急诊科2014年7—12月救治的重症颅脑损伤患者50例为对照组,2015年1—6月救治的50例重症颅脑外伤患者为观察组。其中对照组患者采用常规的急诊护理,观察组患者采用急诊全程优化护理,比较2组患者的预后情况及护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的预后情况显著优于对照组,护理的满意率高于对照组。结论优化护理工作流程,对重症颅脑外伤患者进行全程有效的急救优化护理配合,可以有效缩短重型脑外伤的急救时间,提高急救效率,降低患者病死率,提高急救护理质量。Objective To explore clinical effect of optimized nursing in rescuing patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in emergency process. Methods Control group included 50 severe craniocerebral injury patients from July to December 2014 in emergency department, and other 50 se- vere craniocerebral trauma patients from January to June 2015 were included in observation group. The control group was treated by routine emergency care, and observation group were treated by optimized nursing, prognosis and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Prognosis in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Optimized nursing process for patients with se- vere craniocerebral trauma can shorten rescue time and efficiency of rescue, reduce mortality, and im- prove quality of emergency care.
