医药护患一体化模式在腹部肿瘤患者化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医药护患一体化模式在腹部肿瘤病房中的应用效果。方法医药护患一体化模式组包括医生6名,护士13名,药师1名。比较实施医药护患一体化模式前后的护士对治疗方案的了解率、患者满意度、护士对化疗药物外渗处理知晓率、化疗药物外溢处理知晓率。结果实施后护士对治疗方案了解率、化疗药物外渗处理知晓率、化疗药物溢出处理知晓率均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后满意度分值为(96.02±6.05)分,显著高于实施前(86.84±5.12)分(P<0.01)。结论实施医药护患一体化模式能提高患者满意度,保证化疗药用药安全,提升护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of doctor-pharmacist-nurse-patient integrated mode in treatment of abdominal cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A group of doctor- pharmacist-nurse-patient integrated mode included 6 doctors, 13 nurses and 1 pharmacist. Understand- ing rate of therapeutic plan in nurses, satisfaction of patients, awareness rate of countermeasures to ex- travasations of chemotherapeutic drugs in nurses and the awareness rate of countermeasures to chemo- therapy drugs overflow in nurses were compared before and after implementation of doctor-pharmacist- nurse-patient integrated mode. Results Understanding rate of therapeutic plan in nurses, awareness rate of countermeasures to extravasations of chemotherapeutic drugs in nurses and the awareness rate of countermeasures to chemotherapy drugs overflow in nurses after implementation of doctor-pharmacist- nurse-patient integrated mode were significantly better than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Score of satisfaction of patients after treatment was （96.02 ±6.05 ）, which was significantly higher than （86.84±5.12） before treatment （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The doctor-pharmacist-nurse-patient in- tegrated mode can increase the satisfaction of patients, ensure the safety of chemotherapy drugs and im- prove nursing quality.
