摘　　要：目的总结非小细胞肺癌靶向治疗中不良反应的护理措施。方法回顾性分析46例非小细胞肺癌患者靶向治疗后不良反应的预防及护理。结果 46例患者中,出现皮肤反应28例,腹泻17例,肝功能异常3例,间质性肺炎1例。护理对策包括针对皮疹和腹泻患者合理使用药物,积极监测肝功能异常患者各项肝功能指标,保持室内空气清新等。结论非小细胞肺癌靶向治疗中应严密观察患者皮肤、胃肠道等方面的不良反应。Objective To summarize the nursing measures for adverse reactions in non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients with targeted therapy. Methods Clinical data of 46 NSCLC pa- tients received targeted therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Adverse reactions and prevention meas- ures were summarized. Results There were 28 cases with cutaneous reactions, 17 cases with diarrhe- a, 3 cases with liver disorder and 1 case with interstitial pneumonia in the 46 patients with targeted therapy. Nursing measures for adverse reactions were various, including appropriate medication, liver function monitoring and maintenance of indoor fresh air. Conclusion Adverse reactions in the hema- tology, gastrointestinal tract and liver injure should be closely monitored during targeted therapy.
