摘　　要：目的总结食管支架植入术围手术期的护理体会。方法收集81例食管癌患者临床资料,均接受食管支架植入术治疗。术前护理包括心理护理,手术方法介绍,配合要点及术前准备。术后包括生命体征监测,饮食指导,心理护理及积极预防并发症的发生。结果 81例患者均成功植入支架,经对症治疗及护理均无并发症发生。结论食管支架植入患者围手术期精细化的护理措施对于术后康复和提高生活质量具有积极意义。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with esophageal stent implantation. Methods A total of 81 patients with esophageal stent implantation were recruited. Be- fore operation, interventions on mental health, operation introduction and preparation were performed. Monitoring vital signs, diet guide and prevention from complication were given after operation. Results Esophageal stents were successfully performed in all 81 patients, without complication reported. Conclusion Findings indicate that perioperative nursing measures is important for rehabilitation and quality of life after operation in patients with esophageal stent implantation.
