舒适护理在胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理在胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管时的应用。方法从2014年1-12月来本院就诊的胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管的患者中筛选出100例,分为2组,实验组50例住院期间施行舒适护理,对照组50例常规护理,对比2组护理结果及患者的满意度。结果实验组舒适度评分显著低于对照组,实验组患者的住院时间显著少于对照组,实验组的并发症及不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以减轻患者的痛苦及心理压力,使治疗更加有效,可在临床普遍应用。Objective To analyze application comfortable nursing in postoperative indwelling juice sac tube in empty intestine in gastric cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 gastric cancer patients with indwelling juice sac tube in empty intestine from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were divided into two groups, the experimental group with 50 cases was applied comfortable nursing, the control group with 50 cases was given faction were compared in the two groups.
