摘  要:目的:探讨抗酸染色在细针吸取细胞学( FNAC)无法明确诊断的淋巴结结核性脓肿中的诊断价值。方法收集58例FNAC诊断为可疑淋巴结结核性脓肿的病例。同时将吸取的脓液送微生物室做抗酸染色,查抗酸杆菌。结果58例可疑病例中,42例被临床最终确诊为淋巴结结核,28例抗酸染色阳性,阳性检出率为61.9%。8例2个月~1岁患儿腋下脓肿涂片中7例抗酸染色阳性,阳性检出率为87.5%。结论抗酸染色与FNAC在诊断中有效互补应用,有利于淋巴结结核性脓肿特别是幼儿腋下结核性脓肿的明确诊断。Objective To assess the application of Ziehl -Neelsen staining for diagnosis of tuberculous abscess in the lymph nodes which can not be determined by fine -needle aspiration cytology ( FNAC) .Methods A total of 58 pa-tients suspected with tuberculosis abscess in the lymph nodes by FNAC were included in this study .Meanwhile, purulent fluid were collected and subjected to Ziehl -Neelsen staining .Results There were 42 patients who were diagnosed with tuberculosis of the lymph nodes , including 28 patients with positive Ziehl -Neelsen stain.The positive detection rate was 61.9%.Among 8 child patients from two month to one year were 7 with positive Ziehl-Neelsen stain.The positive de-tection rate was 87 .5%.Conclusion Ziehl-Neelsen staining and FNAC are complementary for diagnosis of tubercu-lous abscess in the lymph nodes , especially those in children's armpit.
