白花蛇舌草不同溶剂提取方法差异成分分析

摘　　要：文中采用液相色谱质谱联用(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术对白花蛇舌草不同极性萃取物的化学成分进行了分析。不同萃取物的谱图经Metabolite Detect软件分析出谱图间的差异色谱峰后,并通过chemistry smart formula软件推测出了每一个差异色谱峰的化学式。结果显示氯仿提取物中熊果酸/齐墩果酸可能是抗肿瘤的有效成分,该研究为抗肿瘤的相关研究提供参考。High performance liquid chromatography- time of flight mass spectrometry （HPLC- Q- TOF- MS） method was proposed for the analysis different compounds among different solvent extracts. The difference among the ion ehromato- grams were analyzed by Metabolite Detect Software and identified by chemistry smart formula. The result shows Ursolie ac- id/ oleanolic acid in Chloroform extracts may lead to the best antitumor activity. This study offer the reference for the rela- tive anti-tumor researchs.
