摘 要:本文对郴州三个有色金属矿区尾砂坝三种同样的先锋植物芒、博落回、荩草中五种重金属的含量进行测定。采用湿法消解植物样品,电热板消解完全消解土壤样品,分别用火焰原子吸收法、石墨炉原子吸收法、氢化物发生器原子吸收法测量其重金属元素Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、As含量。测量数据显示五种元素的线性关系良好,检出限Cu、Zn为0.0006μg/m L,Pb为0.0024ng/m L,Cd为0.0015ng/m L,As为0.0288ng/m L;精密度在0.7-7.5%之间;回收率在95.00-110.00%之间,都符合测量要求,样品测量数据发现博落回对五种金属元素富集效果较好,转移系数较高,芒对As有较好的富集效果,荩草对Zn、Cd有较好的富集效果。该方法准确度高、简便可行,可作为重金属超富集植物的筛选方法。This study measures the contents of five heavy metals in three plants (plant awn, macleaya cordata, hispid his- pid arthraxon) living in three Non ferrous Metal Mining Areas in Chenzhou. The plant samples and soil samples are digest- ed by wet digestion method and electric heat plate digestion method. The contents of five heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, As ) are measured by the methods of flame atomic absorption, graphite furnace atomic absorption and hydride generator atomic absorption. The data show that the linear relation of these five elements is good. The limitation of measurements of Cu and Zn are 0.0006ug/ml, Pb 0.0024ug/ml, Cd 0.0015ug/ml, As 0.0028ug/ml; the precision is between 0.7-7.5%; the recovery rate is 95.00%- 110.00% , which meets the requirement. The data of measurement reveals that macleaya cordata can produce a good enriching effect of these five elements and gains a high transfer coefficient. Plant awn makes a good enriching effect on As, while hispid arthraxon on Zn and Cd. The method utilized in this study is simply but high accurate. It can be used to screen the heavy mental enriched plants.
