摘 要:运力过剩、运价低迷……波罗的海干散货指数(BDI)屡创新低,如何妥善处理闲置运力成为了让船东最为头疼的事情。烦恼背后是拆解与淘汰对于大多数船东而言并不划算的实际现状。据相关资料显示,目前我国沿海船的平均船龄只有7年,超过25年的老龄船总共仅有200多万吨。所以被迫闲置或封存船舶成为了大多船东理智的战略选择。船舶的"冬眠期"到底要持续多久?目前还很难预测。How long last?
