摘 要:针对人影高炮作业信息上报的模糊性和滞后性,采用GPRS无线通信传输技术,在高炮作业终端布设仰角采集器、方位角和用弹量监测模块,得到基于GPRS的高炮作业信息自动采集管理系统。该系统运行稳定、实时性强,具有地面作业管理、弹药管理、装备管理、基础数据管理、系统管理和短信模块等功能,实现高炮作业信息的自动上传、作业信息查询与汇总统计、实时监测设备运行状态、人员和作业点信息维护,在提高人影作业效率的同时,为人工影响天气业务服务提供有力的技术支撑,具有较好的实用和推广价值。In order to solve the fuzziness and lag of the artillery operation information reporting,an artillery operating information automatic acquisition and management was developed by laying the elevation collector,azimuth and ammunition consumption for monitoring module on the artillery operating information acquisition terminal by the way of GPRS wireless communication transmission technology. The system,which included the ground operations information management,ammunition management,equipment management,basic data management,system management and the SMS module function,was stable and real- time with the implementation of the artillery operation information upload automatically,operation information query and statistics,real- time monitoring of equipment running status,personnel and stations information maintenance. The system has also provided the strong technical support for the weather modification operation service and had the good practical value with the promotion of the weather modification operation efficiency.
