摘　　要：轨道交通站点的综合开发模式被认为是轨道交通站点开发的理想模式。通过总结香港轨道交通站点综合开发的成功之处,针对我国内地城市轨道交通站点开发存在的实际问题,结合实际,并借鉴"香港模式"的成功经验,提出了我国内地城市轨道交通站点开发的适用模式。The integrated development mode of the rail transit station is considered as the best model. Through summarizing the success of Hongkong rail transit stationdevelopment,combining the practical problems and draw on the successful experience of ＂Hongkong mode＂, the application mode of the development of rail transit station in inland China ia proposed.
