摘　　要：目的调查新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)医院感染的高危因素,为医院重症监护室病房感染预防控制提供依据。方法选取650例患儿的临床资料,并进行统计分析。根据是否发生医院感染分为感染组150例和非感染组500例。观察两组出生体重≤1500 g、胎龄≤37周、侵入性操作、新生儿窒息情况。采用多因素Logistic回归分析新生儿重症监护病房医院感染的高危因素。结果两组新生儿出生体重≤1500 g、胎龄≤37周、新生儿窒息、侵入性操作差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析出生体重≤1500 g、胎龄≤37周、侵入性操作、新生儿窒息四种情况均是新生儿重症监护病房医院感染高危因素(OR=1.745、4.604、5.954、4.384,P<0.05)。结论胎龄小、出生体重低、侵入性操作、新生儿窒息等是NICU中新生儿医院感染的危险因素。及时地规避新生儿重症监护病房医院感染的高危因素,对于预防新生儿重症监护病房医院感染具有重要意义。Objective To research high risk factors of nosocomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）, and to provide reference for prevention and control of nosocomial infection in intensive care unit. Methods Clinical data of 650 children were taken for statistical analysis. They were divided by occurrence of nosocomial infection into infection group with 150 cases and non-infection group with 500 cases. Observation was made on birth weight ≤ 1500 g, gestational age ≤ 37 weeks, invasive operation, and neonatal asphyxia in both groups. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was applied to research high risk factors of nosocomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit. Results There were statistically significant differences of birth weight ≤ 1500 g, gestational age ≤37 weeks, invasive operation, and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed birth weight ≤ 1500 g, gestational age ≤ 37 weeks, invasive operation, and neonatal asphyxia as high risk factors of nosocomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit（OR=1.745, 4.604, 5.954, 4.384, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small gestational age, low birth weight, invasive operation, and neonatal asphyxia are risk factors of nosocomial infection in NICU. Timely circumvention of high risk factors contains important significance for nosocomial infection in NICU.
