郑州市中学生体育素养现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和综合分析法等方法 ,对郑州市中学生的体育素养现状进行了调查。得出郑州市中学生的体质水平处于;中等状态,体育知识掌握得不够深入详细;体育意识和体育行为情况不容乐观,急需加强;体育技能掌握较少;体育品德意识强;体育个性主要体现在团队性项目上等结论。并结合郑州市实际情况为提高和完善中学生体育素养情况给出了:提高和丰富体检测试标准和方式,科学全面传授体育知识;着重培养和加强学生的体育意识;顺从学生体育个性发展,大力发展团队性体育项目等建议。With the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis, the article has an investigation on the present situation of middle school students＇ physical quality in city the city of Zhengzhou. It concludes that： the middle school students physique level in the city of Zhengzhou is in middle stage; their sports knowledge is not detailed enough; their sports consciousness and behavior situation is not optimistic, which urgently needs to be strengthened; their sports skills master is less; they have a strong sense of moral character, and their sports personality is mainly manifested in the team project. In order to improve and per- fect the information literacy of middle school students sports accomplishment, combined with the actual situation of the city of Zhengzhou, it puts forwards the following suggestions： improving and enriching medical test standard and way, scientifically and comprehensively teaching sports knowledge; focusing on cultivating and strengthening stu- dents sports consciousness; obeying to students＇ sports personality development vigorously develop team sports items.
