膝关节感染创面经VSD结合关节腔持续冲洗及皮瓣转移治疗10例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流技术（VSD）结合关节腔持续冲洗及皮瓣转移治疗膝关节感染创面的临床疗效。方法自2010年12月至2014年12月应用VSD结合关节腔持续冲洗及皮瓣转移治疗膝关节感染创面患者10例。结果 10例关节腔隙感染均得到控制,经过皮瓣转移修复,关节腔隙封闭,创面全部愈合,关节功能恢复良好,愈合时间28~52 d。结论 VSD结合关节腔隙持续冲洗明显促进膝关节创面肉芽生长及良好控制膝关节感染,防止了关节腔隙感染加重导致后期关节功能丧失、关节置换的严重后果,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） combined with continuous drainage of joint cavity and skin flap grafting in the treatment of infected wound on knee joint. Methods VSD combined with continuous drainage of joint cavity and skin flap grafting was used to treat 10 patients with infected wound on knee joint. Results Infection of 10 patients was all brought under control. After skin flap grafting and joint cavity closing were carried out,all wounds healed and joint function recovered well with the healing time lasting from 28 to 52 days. Conclusion VSD combined with joint cavity drainage and skin flap grafting can obviously promote granulation growth,bring wound infection on knee joint under control,and prevent further aggravation of joint cavity infection,which may result in serious consequences such as a loss of joint function,even joint replacement. This method can achieve a satisfactory curative effect.
