摘  要:针对锰铁合金材料的特殊性,提出了用连续浇铸成型的方法来完成锰铁合金的成形粒化。设计了具有两个互相垂直分型面的金属铸型,使其作连续的运动,在动态下由多个铸型组合成浇铸所需型腔,以供连续浇铸、冷却凝固后获得所需锰铁合金材料的形状与尺寸,然后自动脱模,铸型自动进入下一循环,使浇铸、成型与脱模连续完成,可满足铁合金企业高生产率的需要。若在后续工序中配以合适的热处理工序,则可以完成锰铁合金粒化的全部过程。Aimed at the specialties of the ferromanganese materials, using continuous casting molding method was proposed to accomplish ferromanganese pelletization. Designed with two mutually vertical parting surface metal mold, make it as a continuous movement, under the dynamic by multiple casting into casting mold for continuous casting, after cooling solidification ferromanganese material to obtain the required shape and size, then automatic demolding, mold automatically was into the next cycle, make casting, molding and mold release continuously complete. It could satisfy the need of ferroalloy enterprises high productivity. If in the subsequent process with proper heat treatment process, then it can finish all ferromanganese granulating process.
