摘　　要：为促进对全面的识别企业生产过程中可能存在的危险有害因素认知,文章从电炉冶炼铬铁合金的生产工艺、成品、危险有害物质、人员作业方式以及在现场综合管理中存在的危险有害因素进行了辨别与分析,对重大危险源进行了辨析,提出设计了防范措施,可供企业参考。In order to improve the total identification of the possibility of danger and harmful factors in the process of ferroalloy enterprise safety production, this paper identifies and analyzes the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the comprehensive management of ferrochrome production process smelted with electric furnace, finished product, dangerous and harmful material, personnel practices and so on. It as well carried on the analysis the major hazards, put forward and designed the preventive measures. It can provide the reference for enterprises.
