赋予加权值的期刊评价指标在科技期刊评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过对中国科技期刊评价中所使用的期刊评价指标理论意义的分析,提出了赋予加权值的"相对总被引频次"、"相对扩散因子"等相对评价指标概念。所提出的相对指标概念从另一角度反映了科技期刊的综合学术水平和影响力。结合实例论述了相对指标在科技期刊评价中的应用。According to analysis about appraisement targets of quoting report on China Science and technology journals,this paper put forwards some new concepts of appraisement target.The new concepts of appraisement targets are named＂relative total quouted frequency＂,＂relative spread factor＂et al.The relative targets reflect academic level and influence capability of science and technology journals from other point of view.
