“微信”技术在跨区域办案协作中的应用

摘　　要：全国公安机关跨区域办案协作平台在侦办跨区域犯罪案件中起到了重要的作用。由于地区间民警技术操作水平差异、重视程度不一等原因导致了该平台的使用积极性不高、信息更新不及时等一系列问题。公安机关应该学习借鉴"微信"成功的技术方式,加强技术研发,破除平台应用工具和地点条件的限制。民警在移动客户端(手机)上创新平台应用,不断扩大平台功能,包括二维码读写、实时通讯、信息发布、案件推送和侦查思维训练等,提高办案效率。The cross-regional case handling collaboration platform for the nationwide public security organs plays a crucial role in investigation and prosecution of cross-regional criminal cases. The difference in police technical operation and different degrees of enphasis between regions results in the public security organs＇ low enthusiasm in application of the platform and lack of timely information updating. The article calls for the public security organs to make efforts on learning successful way of ＂Wechat＂ technology and technological research and development, breaking down the platform application tools and site restrictions, and innovating application of the platforms in an effort to expand the platform functions, including QR code reading and writing, real-time communication, information release, case pushing and the investigation thinking training, etc.
