超声心动图在缺血性心肌病患者介入治疗后左心室功能评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析超声心动图在缺血性心肌病(ICM)患者介入治疗后左心室功能评价中的应用。方法将73例缺血性心肌病的患者随机分为两组:常规药物治疗组3 7例,采用单纯药物治疗,冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗组36例,给予经皮冠状动脉介入联合药物治疗。超声心动图分别观察两组患者术前、术后6个月、12个月的心功能指标:包括左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末容量(LVEDv)(并换算成容积指数ml/m2)、左室射血分数(LVEF),对两组数据做统计学处理,比较有无显著差异。结果经超声心动图观察PCI治疗组左心功能改善显著优于单纯药物治疗组(P<0.05)。结论在传统药物治疗基础上,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗能够明显改善缺血性心肌病患者的左心室功能,超声心动图在左心功能的评价中具有重要应用价值。Objective To analyse applications of echocardiography to evaluate left ventricular function after interventional treatment of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy （ICM）.Methods The 73 patients with ischemic eardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups： conventional therapy group of 37 cases,the use of simple drug therapy, percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） treatment group of 36 patients the combination of percutaneous coronary intervention and drug therapy.cardiac function were observed by Echocardiography in both groups of patients before surgery, after 6 months,12 months ,including left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVESD）,Ieft ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDv） （and in terms of volume index ml / m2）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）.Results Left ventricular function in PCI treatment group was more significantly improved than the one in drug therapy group （P〈O.05） .Conclusion On the basis of traditional drug treatment,percutaneous coronary intervention could obviously improve left ventricular function of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, and left ventricular function. echocardiography plays an important role in the evaluation of
