摘　　要：考察了PVC/ABS合金的流变性能与力学性能,以及PVC/ABS管件的物理性能、力学性能、卫生性能及原料成本。结果表明:PVC/ABS管件可用于PVC-U排水管、PVC-U给水管等,当使用温度≤80℃时,还可用于ABS管道,且其原料成本不但大大低于ABS管件,也低于PVC-U给水管件,与PVC-U排水管件的原料成本差不多。The rheological properties and mechanical properties of PVC/ABS alloys were investiga- ted. The physical properties, mechanical properties, hygienic properties and material cost of PVC/ABS fittings were studied. The results showed that PVC/ABS fittings could be used in PVC -U pipes for drainage and water supply. When applying temperature was ≤ 80 ℃, the PVC/ABS fittings could be used in ABS pipes. The raw materials costs of PVC/ABS fittings were not only greatly lower than those of ABS fittings, but also lower than those of PVC -U fittings for water supply, and almost equal to those of PVC -U fittings for drainage.
