手法点穴配合中药熏洗治疗跟腱周围炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：观察手法点穴配合中药熏洗治疗跟腱周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将跟腱周围炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组运用手法点穴配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组运用十一方药酒外擦治疗,每日治疗1次,5次为一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程;观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为56.7%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:手法点穴配合中药熏洗治疗跟腱周围炎效果显著。[objective]to observe the the clinical curative effect of the methods of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture for the treatment of achilles tendon inflammation around. [Methods] 60 patients with inflammation around Achilles tendon were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in treatment group using acupuncture together with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment; Control group using 11 square outside the medicinal liquor treatment, treatment 1 times a day, 5 times for a period of treatment, treatment of 2 consecutive period of treatment; Compare 2 groups of clinical curative effect. [Results] treatment group total effective rate was 96.7%, control group total effective rate was 56.7%; The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （p 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] the technique of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture for the treatment of Achilles tendon inflammation around the effect is remarkable.
