转型期山西省田径后备人才培养现状研究

摘　　要：采取文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以山西省现有的培养田径后备人才的三类院校(业余体校、省级田径传统项目学校、市中学)的田径教练员、田径后备人才为研究对象,对现今田径后备人才的培养状况进行调查分析,结果表明:学生的训练目的很明确,但训练过程中的"学训矛盾"突出,存在人才资源匮乏、人才数量不断在下降,参加比赛次数少、实战经验不足,训练经费来源单一,田径教练员学历、科研水平低且后期的岗位培训少等问题,并提出一些建设性的意见,为山西省田径运动的可持续发展提供理论依据。This paper adopts methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, taking the coaches, talented athletes from three kinds of schools which cultivating reserve talents of athletics （amateur sports schools,traditional athletics schools, middle schools） in Shanxi Province as objects, to investigate and analyze the status quo of the cultivation of reserve talents of athletics. The results show that the student training purpose is very clear, but in the process of training, the ＂contradictions＂ of learning and training is prominent, there are problems exsiting such as lack of human resources, talent quantity being constantly on the decline, participating in the competitions less, lack of combat experience, source of training funds being single, athletics coaches＇ education degree and scientific research level being low and the post training for them being less and so on. Based on these, some constructive suggestions have been put forward to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of athletics in Shanxi province.
