摘 要:运用文献资料法、个案分析法及数量统计法,对世界田径青年锦标赛、世界田径锦标赛中我国运动员成才情况进行深入研究。结果表明:(1)我国田径运动员成才出现明显的断层现象,在世界青年田径锦标赛中我国与世界田径强国运动员实力相当,但在世界田径锦标赛中明显劣于其他强国;(2)我国运动员成才出现断层现象主要由于我国运动员在青少年时期的训练存在一定的问题,而这些问题主要体现在以下几点:青年时期心理训练重视程度不够;青少年时期运动训练过早专项化、成人化;青少年时期技能训练与体能训练关系认识不足。Using methods of literature review, case analysis and mathematical statistics, the paper researches on the state of Chinese track and field talent athletes in the world youth athletics championships and world athletics championships. The results show that: 1)The growth of Chinese track and field athletes talents has an obvious gap phenomenon.Compare to the world track and field power country, China do not fall behind in the world youth championships, but is obviously inferior to other powers in the world championships; 2) The reason for the gap is mainly due to some problems in Chinese young age training, the reasons are as follows: mental training is not enough emphasized in youth; specific sports training in youth and training modes turning from for teenagers into those for adult are too early; the recognization of the relationship between skills training and physical training at youth stage is lack.
